Luxury Client Experience Board (LCEB)

  • Purpose: Co-founded with The Ritz-Carlton, the Luxury Client Experience Board unites luxury executives dedicated to creating exceptional experiences and building long-term high performance relationships with clients. The goal of the Luxury Client Experience Board is to educate brands on how to create seamless, omni-channel, and measurable customer experiences at every touch point
      • Membership: Inquire directly for details about annual fees for up to two (2) executives from the same company. Annual membership benefits include:
        • Quarterly networking breakfast events (2 hours) featuring guest speakers, panelists or collaborative workshops
        • Exclusive qualitative and quantitative industry insights and best practices shared at the events through a collective dialogue or by the presenting speaker(s)
        • Networking and outreach opportunities with 20-25 other top-tier luxury executives from all luxury sectors (members and invited guests)
        • One (1) complimentary hour of Luxury Institute consulting per year (quantitative research not included)
        • Executive summary and presentation content recap distributed following each event (as applicable)
