Co-founded with The Ritz-Carlton, the Luxury Client Experience Board unites luxury executives dedicated to creating exceptional experiences and building long-term high performance relationships with clients. The goal of the Luxury Client Experience Board is to educate brands on how to create seamless, omni-channel, and measurable customer experiences at every touch point

Membership

Annual membership benefits include

  • Networking breakfast events (2-3 times per year, 2 hours per event) featuring guest speakers, panelists or collaborative workshops
  • Exclusive industry insights and best practices shared at the events through a collective dialogue or by the presenting speaker(s)
