Responsibilities
Research
- Prepare research proposals for custom client projects
- Independently coordinate with research analysts throughout project duration
- Manage the back-end and start to finish process of fielding and publishing syndicated research
- Support all aspects of syndicated and custom research projects including creating questionnaires and editing final reports as needed
Marketing
- Newsletters and Emails: determine content, manage the distribution of online newsletters and emails, and report actionable findings and results
- PR: compile journalist and editor requests, track and maintain log of brand press mentions, and update the blog and brand website with relevant articles and videos
- Educational Organization Membership and Dues Management: manage approvals, renewals, and expirations of LuxuryBoard and Luxury CRM Association members
Consulting
- Support all aspects of client projects including event scheduling, creating, editing and finalizing client documents
- Provide insights and collaborative suggestions to develop stronger and more profitable client relationships
- Proactively gain industry knowledge and understand all aspects of the luxury industry
- Maintain and enhance Luxury Institute database on a daily basis with prospects and leads from the luxury industry
Coordination
- Organize and maintain calendars to ensure proper implementation of schedule including engagements of Luxury Institute CEO
- Maintain files, presentations and company documents in an orderly fashion
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with at least 4 years Marketing or Research experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to take analysis into action and execute to timelines
- Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. databases, web-based reports, and various multimedia technologies)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- HTML knowledge preferred
- A friendly, respectful and trustworthy attitude and voice
